I recently found a book at our local Public Library that has been immensely helpful to me. It is called ” The Mindful Woman – gentle practices for restoring calm, finding balance and opening your heart” The author is Sue Patton Thoele.
It is easy to read, light hearted, meaningful and offers real options that work to remind me to keep breathing, stay with what is and gain peace of mind.
I hope to read more of Sue Thoele’s books.
I am finding your words as good as a book. I love that you wrote this almost 3 years ago and yet it is as fresh and real as if you had written it yesterday.
