I live in a place where rainfall is generally regular and plentiful. This summer/autumn has been vastly different. We desperately need rain. My garden looks very sad in places and I may lose some plants.
No doubt in a month or two we will be back to normal with rain falling more than we would like it to. For now though, something that is very much an ordinary feature of our life here, is missing.
