Here is another beach that I live near. Titahi Bay is a little south of Plimmerton.
Lots of people(and dogs) were enjoying the summer conditions there today.

I am taking a deep breath and inhaling all that sea air and loveliness. We are having the most extraordinary summer, aren’t we?
Most of us in Wellington are stunned by this wonderful weather but we are enjoying it very much.
Beautiful shots – and those little beach huts are so British!
Thank you. Titahi Bay is renown for its boatsheds. They are at both ends of the bay.
I’m looking forward to the summer conditions. In Holland it rains a lot and I hope, my wish is that this year we have a beautiful warm summer.
Our climate here is often very cool and windy. This summer has been a wonderful surprise. I hope we can send it to the Northern Hemisphere so you can enjoy such a season.
What a beautiful piece of coast. I’ve been diving into the sea each day at my little local beach. How lucky we are!
We do have lovely sandy beaches and bays here. Happy swimming Juliet.
One of those boat sheds Gus our gander came from.
Love leanne
Lol! What an unusual place to have a Gander. He is a splendid bird.
haven’t we been lucky this year? But people are still complaining this time not about rain but about the heat.
We haven’t been to the beach this week because Lotte is on house rest but we shall go again once he gets the all clear from the vet.
We have really enjoyed this summer Judith. I hope you and Lotte are out and about very soon.
