Little Lobelia. Pretty, delicate flowers in such deep blues, indigo and white in my garden. I find little drifts here and there in the garden as it self sows easily. It does not seem too fussy about where it lives but a good drink of rain such as we had over the past weekend has seen it look much healthier than it had been looking.
My lobelia disappeared years ago. Your photo has inspired me to get some more.
I can imagine that drifts of Lobelia would look marvellous in your garden Ruth. I will look forward to a post and photo once it is established there.
My lobelia has disappeared too. I used to love the trailing lobelia in my hanging baskets.
I would love a hanging basket but the wind here would wreck it. Trailing lobelia is extra delightful. Are you going to plant some more lobelia like Ruth plans to?
Possibly next summer I will. I do love them.
I’m sure you will do something very attractive with the plants.
